Established in July 1993, Pelican Building Contracting, Inc. is a State of Florida Certified Class A General Contractor. We self-perform all of our carpentry work (rough & finish), insulated concrete forms, and some concrete work. We provide metal studs, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings through an affiliate. General Contracting projects are performed as negotiated design build and/or construction management projects. We are able to package any and all of our services to provide you with a complete building shell or any combination of the services we offer.
